| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated June 18, 2012, to include the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on May 22, 2012, and June 15, 2012, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 15, 2013, the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the respondent shall file the transcripts of the proceedings on May 22, 2012, and June 15, 2012, at the same time that the respondent files a brief.
