On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 26, 2013, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2012, is amended (1) by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 11, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 27, 2013," and (2) by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 25, 2013," and substituting therefor the date October 11, 2013."
