Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 30, 2012. Application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 17, 2013, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied as premature.
