Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 9, 2011, and an amended judgment of the same court rendered June 2, 2011.
