On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated July 29, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 21, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Kings" and substituting therefor the word "Richmond."
