Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from two orders the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2012, and November 30, 2012, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 2, 2013, and to enlarge the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until September 30, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
