| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 24, 2013, and May 8, 2013, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2013, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of certain portions of the order dated May 8, 2013, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before July 29, 2013. Separate motion by the respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "July 29, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "August 8, 2013"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
