Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 15, 2013, and a judgment of the same court dated June 27, 2013, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to comply with the judgment by removing the salt stockpiled at the subject premises is extended until October 18, 2013.
