ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated August 9, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 16, 2012, is amended by deleting the date "August 9, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 9, 2013."
