Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 17, 2012, for an order amending the caption and sealing the record, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of P.C., sworn to August 13, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before December 17, 2013, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks amendment of the caption is granted and the caption shall be amended as set forth herein, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order sealing the record is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1000.20 [a], [b] [1]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is in all other respects denied.
