ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 17, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 9, 2013" and substituting therefor the date "January 9, 2014."
