Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 12, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to comply with the order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 23, 2011, as directed by the order dated August 12, 2013, which was tolled by the temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause of this Court dated August 30, 2013, is extended until October 10, 2013.
