Joint motion by Legal Services NYC, Queens Legal Services, Staten Island Legal Services, South Brooklyn Legal Services, Legal Services NYC-Bronx, Bedford Stuyvesant Community Legal Services, JASA/Legal Services for Elderly in Queens, Western New York Law Center, Nassau/Suffolk Law Services Committee, Inc., MFY Legal Sevices, Inc., Empire Justice Center, Hiscock Legal Aid Society, and Legal Aid Society for leave to file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 5, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
