DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Renewed motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 8, 2013, as a poor person. Separate

motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until November 18, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
