| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents to direct the third-party defendant-appellant to serve their counsel with the record and brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 25, 2012, and for leave to file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 4, 2013, the third-party defendant-appellant shall serve counsel for the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents with the record and brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents shall serve and file a brief on or before November 8, 2013.
