Motion by Christian G. Sampson and Town of Ramapo for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 7, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Michael Parrietti and Robert Romanowski is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511; Parochial Bus Sys. v Board of Educ. of City of N.Y., 60 NY2d 539); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
