DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 10, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant for the Court to take judicial notice of certain documents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to take judicial notice of certain documents and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 25, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to take judicial notice of certain documents is denied.
