ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 23, 2013, in the above-entitled appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 22, 2012, and January 17, 2013, respectively, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 27, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "October 15, 2013."
