Separate motions by the appellants Paul Byrne, Frederic Moon, Cynthia A. Fretwell, and Paul R. Byrne, M.D., P.C., and the appellants Michelle Quinones, Craig Zebuda, Women's Contemporary Care Associates, P.C., and Winthrop University Hospital to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 6, 2013.
