On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 26, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 1, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "all proceedings" and substituting therefor the words "the inquest on the issue of damages."
