Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 31, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered December 31, 2012, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to direct the respondents to provide him with copies of the trial exhibits, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
