| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2013, as dismissed appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 2007, and two orders of the same court dated October 30, 2007, and December 3, 2007, respectively, to reinstate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2013, as dismissed the appeals is recalled and vacated, the appeals are reinstated, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on the appeals is enlarged until October 15, 2013.
