Motion by The Legal Aid Society of New York for leave to file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 28, 2013. Separate motion by Lawyers for Children, Inc., to join the brief to be filed by The Legal Aid Society of New York.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this Court, on or before October 4, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted.
