Joint application by the petitioner-respondent and the appellants on an appeal from a final order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 23, 2013, to deem the motion papers filed in connection with a pending motion by the appellants to be the briefs on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the motion papers are deemed to be the briefs on the appeal, and the appeal will be heard on the original papers and the parties' motion papers.
