Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue a prior motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2013, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 5, 2012, for failure to timely perfect, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
