DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Iminder P. Singh, also known as Victor Singh, Indu Singh, and In Touch Concepts, Inc., on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 11, 2013, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 26, 2013, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated July 26, 2013, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Ravi Batra is not disqualified from representing Iminder P. Singh, also known as Victor Singh, Indu Singh, and In Touch Concepts, Inc., with respect to the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated February 11, 2013, and the appeal from the order dated July 26, 2013, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated February 11, 2013, is enlarged until December 2, 2013, and the joint record on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the brief of Iminder P. Singh, also known as Victor Singh, Indu Singh, and In Touch Concepts, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that Alexandra Bershtein shall serve and file an answering brief with respect to the appeal from the order dated February 11, 2013, including the points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
