| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 16, 2013, in the above-entitled action which determined the defendant's motion, inter alia, to extend his time to make an application, pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, entered July 23, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "the motion is granted" and substituting therefor the words "the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 is granted."
