Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 20, 2011, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 23, 2013, which determined his prior motion, inter alia, to accept his reply brief in the form submitted to the Clerk of this Court.
