Motion by Singh & Sons Petroleum, Inc., inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 5, 2013, and to stay proceedings in a matter entitled In the Matter Plus Petroleum, Ltd. v Singh & Sons Petroleum, Inc., pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, under Index No. 68187/13, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
