Appeal by James Vamosy from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2013, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information, on or before September 11, 2013. The appellant has not filed the affidavit or affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2013 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
