| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioners to enlarge the record to include certain material in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 4, 2012, or for the Court to take judicial notice of the material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to take judicial notice of the material is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the proceeding for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until November 15, 2013, and the respondents' briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
