| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Shore Road Long Beach Superblock, LLC, and iStar FM Loans, LLC, to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 27, 2013, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until November 1, 2013, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 18, 2013, and the briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
