Application by the appellant-respondent to substitute Lancer Indemnity Company in place of North Sea Insurance Company as the appellant-respondent on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 1, 2013, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Lancer Indemnity Company is substituted as the appellant-respondent in place of North Sea Insurance Company in the above-entitled appeal and the caption is amended as set forth above.
