Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated June 25, 2012, inter alia, for leave to reargue separate motions by the respondents, inter alia, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 21, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
