DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute appeals from a decision of the Court of Claims dated December 20, 2012, and a judgment of the same court dated February 19, 2013, as a poor person, for leave to file only one copy of the brief and lower court record, and to transfer the appeals to another court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to transfer the appeals to another court is granted and the appeals in the above-entitled action and the remaining branches of the appellant's motion are transferred to the Appellate Division, First Department, for hearing and determination; and it is further,

ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with these appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, First Department.
