Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated July 5, 2013, as amended July 10, 2013, which granted the respondent's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
