Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered June 5, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 30, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief that omits references to Dutchess County, Indictment No. 16-12.
