Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mark Woodworth sworn to September 19, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Joshua J. Tonra, Esq. dated October 1, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk is directed to accept the ten copies of appellant's pro se supplemental brief submitted to this Court on September 23, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before October 31, 2013.
