| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellants-respondents and the respondent-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2012, and a judgment of the same court dated September 7, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 28, 2013, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
