ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Lisa A. from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 10, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Anthony J. Morisano, Esq., dated October 7, 2013, it is
