Application by Kerry Marie Bond, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 19, 2004, under the name Kerry Marie Bond, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Kerry Marie Kolek.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Kerry Marie Bond to Kerry Marie Kolek, effective immediately.
