Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered June 24, 2011, inter alia, for leave to file the briefs under seal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file the briefs under seal is granted, the parties shall file their briefs under seal, and the briefs shall remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
