Motion by the appellant for leave to withdraw an appeal from and order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 14, 2013, insofar as taken against Dorothy Findlay, Norvilla Findlay, and Veronica Findlay, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal is marked withdrawn insofar as taken against Dorothy Findlay, Norvilla Findlay, and Veronica Findlay; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
