Appeals by Jerry David Golub from a judgment of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated January 9, 2013, and a notice of eviction dated March 7, 2013.

ORDERED that the appeal from the notice of eviction dated March 7, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-09416), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a notice of eviction (see CPLR 5701).
