The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Richard Long, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, rendered October 7, 2009, to restore the appeal to the general calendar.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is restored to the general calendar; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
