On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that these appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered, respectively, May 16, 2012 and May 31, 2013, are stricken from the general calendar on the ground that the record is incomplete in that it does not include a transcript of the May 16, 2012 hearing.
It is also noted that the order entered May 31, 2013 fails to recite the papers upon which it is based as required by CPLR 2219 (see Matter of Dondi, 63 NY2d 331 [1984]).
