Motion by Rachel Nash on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered January 3, 2011, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 27, 2013, for "to reargue to vacate or modify" the decision and order of this Court dated February 27, 2013, as well as a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2013, which imposed a sanction upon her, "to permit counsel by motion to renew [her] argument[,] to remove the sanction," and for an award of "[a]ttorneys fees and costs."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
