Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 10, 2012, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 1, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 3, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
