Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 30, 2010, March 9, 2011, April 6, 2011, May 12, 2011, June 30, 2011, and July 1, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated September 13, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 4, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
