| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered March 7, 2013, and March 11, 2013, respectively, or, in the alternative, to calendar the appeals together, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 24, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
